Hosting fails. Accounts lapse. Servers get wiped by someone who meant to wipe something else. Our backup add-on takes an encrypted copy of your lead data every night and stores it on our own South African infrastructure.
The important part: it's encrypted with a key only you hold. We store the file. We cannot read it. Your leads stay confidential even from us — which is the whole point. We test restores every quarter and keep a record of it, so "we have backups" means something. (Included as standard on on-premise deployments.)
